Routes: On this all-inclusive four-day culinary adventure we will learn to prepare great gourmet meals with memorable company and lots of laughs. Accompanied by some of BC’s best travel guides, we will hear stories and thoughts from chefs, vintners, orchardists and interpretive guides as this tour transcends the realm of a learning vacation into an adventure of the palette and soul. We will explore some of the Okanagan’s hidden treasures as we take easy biking and walking tours that will lead us to Father Pandosy’s Mission and Kelowna’s Cultural District for an exploration of the arts amidst sandy beaches and our luxury accommodation. We will visit the famous Kelowna Land & Orchard Company and explore some heritage varieties of fruit, and orchard habitat before we tour vineyards & wineries like Summerhill, St. Hubertus, Cedar Creek and Mission Hill.
