VINEYARDS, VISTAS,
A COOL BREEZE AND A WATERFALL
A full day guided walk and winery tour from Kelowna that includes
exploring natural habitat and spectacular viewpoints mixed
with waterfalls, vineyards and a heritage nut farm. This tour
includes a culinary experience as well as history and wine
culture - the true spirit - of the exceptional Okanagan Valley.
The trail we follow for the walk depends on the level you
choose, either easy or moderate.
We will see the vistas through the eyes of artist
Mal Gagnon. Our tour begins with a visit with the artist and
a tour of the Wine and Orchard Museum before we travel to
the Westside of Okanagan Lake to explore sun-drenched grassland
trails. We will have lunch at Mission Hill Winery on their
winery patio and tour the award-winning winery and vineyards.
We will taste tantalizing red and white wines.
We will visit Bear Creek Provincial Park where
we take a walk to the waterfall. We will visit the Gallantly
Heritage Nut Farm and afterwards visit to Gallantly Canyon
Falls a perfect ending to an inspiring day.
